GRABBER PADS

Grabber Pads used in concrete industry .These pads are mounted on forklifts grabbers which lifts the concrete products. These rubber pads compresses the concrete exerting excellent positive pressure on the concrete blocks preventing them from slipping .Rubber grabber pads are manufactured using high tensile Natural rubber .Zurich rubber grabber pads have excellent resistance to abrasion and fatigue.

Zurich Grabber pads are manufactured with 15 mm MS petal plate base bonded with high tensile Natural rubber. These grabber pads are provided with 12 mm holes to fix on the fork lift using nut and bolts. On average 12 to 18 grabber pads are used per forklift depending upon the length of forks.

Zurich Crane grabber pads are similar to forklift grabber pads but they are mounted on cranes attached to transport pick ups.

These are available in standard sizes as well as per customer’s specifications to suit their equipment.

Zurich Mould Pads: These are Anti Vibration pads used under block moulds. Mould pads are resilient pads which absorbs the vibrations from the machines. Four pads are used per mould.

Zurich Anti Vibration Mounts: These are mountings used as vibration isolators beneath the machines.
