ZURICH WHEELS

These are wheels of block machine .Wheels are made of polyurethane rubber, having excellent load bearing capacity. This property is exhibited only by cast able polyurethanes.

Two types of wheels are available:

-With internal metal reinforced.

-On metal rim of the machine.

Zurich Mounting:

Two pairs of the mountings are used per machine; the function of these mountings is to absorb vibrations .The mountings are made of isobutylene isoprene rubber having superior vibration damping property.

Zurich Mixer Blades:

Mixer blades are used in mixing vessels to mix the cement mixtures. These blades are internally reinforced with 5 mm mild steel insert to increase the strength oh the mixer blades. Zurich mixer blades exhibits superior wear and tear resistance .The adsorption of cement on the mixer blades is minimum.
